SHIPPING POLICY
It is our objective to get the products to you the customer quickly and in the most cost-effective way. We maintain warehouses of products in many major cities around the U.S. and in many cases the delivery of your purchases can be next day local delivery at no additional cost. We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail as our standard carriers for domestic packages, depending on nature of the package. Most orders will be shipped on the following business day after they are received. Free Shipping on wildfire pump packages only applies to orders with shipping addresses that are in the continental United States Only. Shipping surcharges will be applied to orders with shipping addresses that are in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
We go above and beyond to pack our fire pump systems really well knowing that UPS often mishandles heavy packages from time to time. Please keep in mind that our fire pump systems will arrive in really heavy boxes that are approximately 100 lbs. If you happen to see UPS trying to deliver one of these heavy boxes that has significant damage that is clearly visible from the outside of the packaging, please refuse it and have UPS take it back. Refusing it and having UPS take it back is the best thing you can do. Please call 772-284-4233 or email us at mailadmin@jjsfiresupply.com and we will resolve any other shipping damage issue. Sending pictures and/or videos of the shipping damage usually helps us expedite the resolution.

RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy that starts from the day the merchandise is delivered. Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by JJS Fire Supply and printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without RGA will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. No collect freight return packages will be accepted. Products must be returned in new sellable condition with all instructions, manuals, and packaging intact. Returns not in this condition will be refused credit or will be subject to restocking charges to return the product to original sellable condition. Fire Pumps that have had gas in them will also be refused credit. Original outbound freight from JJS Fire Supply is not refundable. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Your credit card will not be billed until right before the product ships. We accept all major credit cards, money orders and checks, but will hold shipment until checks clear the bank. We are sorry, but COD orders cannot be accepted. We only accept Paypal as a payment method via our Ebay Store. You can find a list of all of our products on Ebay here.
