Refund policy

 

For phone orders and products ordered via our website, we offer a 14 day return policy that starts from the day the merchandise is delivered. Returns must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by JJS Fire Supply and printed on the outside of the package. Packages returned without RGA will be refused credit. Refused or returned orders will be charged freight both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. No collect freight return packages will be accepted. Products must be returned in new sellable condition with all instructions, manuals, and packaging intact. Returns not in this condition will be refused credit or will be subject to restocking charges to return the product to original sellable condition. Fire Pumps that have had gas in them will also be refused credit. Original outbound freight from JJS Fire Supply is not refundable. Return freight is the purchaser's responsibility.
